EXCHANGE | RETURN | REFUND POLICY
We have no return/exchange policy. Since we do a lot of effort to fulfill and deliver your order on time, once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned/exchanged. However, return/exchange is possible except in case the customer receives damaged/broken product.
- We will entertain such a complaint only if reported within 24 hours of having received the parcel and only on the basis of a 360° parcel opening video.
- We will require a parcel opening video for the return (unedited, uncut). The video should clearly show that the product received from the parcel is damaged/broken and also the address details on the parcel with good lighting. - Parcel opening video is a must and should be sent within 24 hours, without which we will not be able to accept any returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not have return pick up facility, so you will have to return the parcel in original condition to our address.
- Once the item is received by us, we will check the tags and products are intact and then will refund the amount back to you within 5- 7 working days. (Jewels of Iva will not be responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).
NOTE: The shipping charge is not refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We do not have order cancellations, once the order is placed. So, we kindly request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
